It's All in the Eye - Part 1

I am finding more and more that I really enjoy poking around doing close ups and macro type photography in between my wildlife and landscape simply because it makes me really "look".   Finding things others might not see or working on composition or working on lighting.  It also is a very fun realm to also work on some post processing things.    I'm going to break this into 2 posts simply because there were so many photos I did this with.    I spent about 30 minutes one evening along with my photographer friend walking around the old place where we were staying and doing photos.  It was fun to compare what one of us saw that the other didn't or what one was attracted to and the other not so much.  I admit after hiking 8 miles I was beat beyond beat and that is why I spent about 1/2 the time poking around.   I could indeed spend much more time out there!  This will be a great spot to come try to do star pictures too!

I have no idea if these were seat springs or what or how they ended up in the fence!

Lines and shadows!

This was one of my favorites of the bunch!

You should be shocked that the nosey spoos did not even see this kitty.   Probably because she didn't move a muscle and I hustled them the other way once I saw her!
