Everyone here is hanging in. Dot had a tough week with some pain but Dr. Terri fixed her up with some chiropractic care and she's doing super great.   Magic is (knocking on wood) stable and happy and the rest are just loving that the cold wet weather is gone and that they can hang outside in the sun with Gma!  It looks like a road trip is on tap for part of the weekend and yes I'll remember my camera - LOL.

I also finally received my converter to get my old VHS tapes digitized and on the computers and backed up so that the tapes can now go rolling on to someone else via the thrift store.   I'm pretty darned happy with the results and YAY - more downsizing!   Will be fun to be able to watch them now on the mini computer hooked to the TV as I am doing with my DVDs.  I'm using the Elgato Video Capture  after seeing good reviews of it from others.   Cheap movie note:  The thrift stores often get some great movies (and for me documentaries) super cheap on VHS (and DVD) so a great way to get them without paying full prices.

So glad Friday is upon us and the busy week is about over and time for play begins!   I sat out in the pergola last night with my Mom and watched a couple of the hummingbirds that are staying with us (we think there are maybe 3).  I've not photographed hummers in a long time so got out the camera and the tripod and did some shots.  This one isn't as brave as the smaller younger one that keeps dive bombing me on my way out to work in the mornings but still it was a good reason to get back out with the camera!
