Off Road - First of the Summer
On our way back from the poodle stroll we had enough time that I wanted to go check out a road I'd seen on the way there that I'd never been on. We had a lovely trip through some private land and on to Forest Service, then into a bunch of mining claims. The first time EVER doing back roads that we've had an encounter with oncoming traffic on a single narrow track. The guy was awesome and backed up till we could get around and all was good but WOW. That is always my worry going up some of these mountain roads for sure.
Also saw the biggest MT mushroom I've ever seen when we paused for a poodle romp in the creek.
Awww come on he's so funny!
