I really don't have much to post simply because the week got incredibly crazy. I ended the year by damaging the top knuckle on my left index finger, making typing a bit tougher. That happened the last day of 2019, then the second day of 2020 I was moving a table with my hand weights on it and one rolled off and landed on the top of my foot. Got a nasty bruise from that but not nearly as problematic as the finger. I think I am now back on the mend and hope that gets all the "accidents" out of the way for the year! Hey a girl can hope!
I did still get some training done, outside no less and have taunted Mother Nature by getting my channel weaves out - 1/2 are outside to use (need that for Epic especially) and one set to get some work with the baby dogs, inside cuz it's gonna get cold!

I did brave the winds and threat of snow and went to Bozeman to have lunch with a good friend of mine on Saturday. Was a great chance to get the truck out of the garage for a run and just get out of town for the day. Had a lovely lunch and then again, tempting fate, started my errands (2 stops) and got stocked up on some dog supplies at Bridger Feeds and I wanted to go look around World Market. Arrived at the latter about 2 and the sun was shining but the wind was howling as it had been all day. I just wandered around, lots of restocking going on and they are rearranging so really didn't dawdle too much. Checked out and looked outside to see a full on blizzard! Couldn't see across the parking lot so I hustled my bum and we skidattled out of town. Luckily that storm came from the southeast so by the time we were 10 miles towards home the snow stopped and all I had to deal with was the wind - and it was BAD!
I was pleased with the truck, it rides so nice but still feels like I am driving a tank it is so tall and wide. I had a whole 20 miles where there was no wind and that sucker got about 23 mpg, then we hit the side and headwinds, back to like 15 mpg. Is what it is!
Sunday was just a queit day with a run to town for groceries is all. Deep breath and back to crazy on Monday. Everyone will be back from their holidays so I am sure it is going to be NUTS. I am however sticking with my 2020 goal of - SLOW DOWN and this stuff is not an emergency!
Hope you all are well and your 2020 so far is starting better than mine did!
