Saturday promised to be a lovely weather day and it did not disappoint! So we left camp and headed farther up Georgetown Lake Road (which you can loop around the lake on) and drove up to the East Fork Reservoir where we were greeted with some fishermen, geese and lovely views. I also was tortured with the fact that I can no longer trust some of my dogs to play by the rules like they used to! Sterling was first to get locked in the truck when he decided he "just couldn't hear me" when I called him to come. Now in fairness he TRULY can't hear all that well, but I also swear I saw him give me the middle paw! So no photos of him!
Epic saw water and so we HAD to go there and no swimming and no sticks around so we had fun just tossing some rocks in and splashing around. Josie was off sniffing, Cricket was on the leash sorta getting involved and Oliver's terrier switch flipped and he started annoying Epic which resulted in him running off shore too far (in his jammies no less) and having to swim back. Nutbag dog....no seriously, dumb dumb dumb. After extracting him from his jammies he then decided to chase the waves down the beach - flipping me the bird as I went after him (switch flipped there, is "I can't hear you!"). So once I got him we went back to the truck.
Here's the shots of dogs being bad (although you can't tell - just trust me on that) and a bit of the view and my favorite camping shot of my brother and Cricket and Epic in his Happy Place!
