Last year we camped for a weekend a whopping 30 minutes from home and enjoyed it so much we went back this year.  Same spots, same somewhat warm weather, generators and a busy place but still just as fun.    I'm definitely enjoying camping with the crew more in the bigger trailer and figuring out the systems to make dry camping easier.   The generator is a plus and we didn't have to use it as much since this trailer isn't an aluminum toaster over.   It also has much better air flow which helps.    Camping with my brother is always fun and honestly this was a weekend of literally just sitting around enjoying the views and the boaters and the other campers of course (once we got the people across the road to understand that their loose dogs were NOT going to be tolerated!    Even had a friend come down and visit and have cinnamon rolls with us!   Have I mentioned how much I love my Omnia stovetop oven?!   All phone photos here though and yes, Epic even got to get his feet wet (which he LIVES for mind you) even with the wrapped paw (cleaned and re-wrapped after).   Cricket's first camping trip and yes, she did manage to sneak escape which made me totally panic as she is NOT reliable to come back to me (she'd only been here a week and honestly STILL isn't reliable so no off leash).
